Therapy for lasting change
Anonymous Health provides online 1-1 counseling and groups
Drink less and feel better
Covered by insurance so typically no or low cost to you
Why consider online therapy?
Sometimes, when we’re trying to drink less or quit, other factors like stress, anxiety, or social situations add to the challenge, making it harder to maintain momentum.
For many, drinking serves a purpose. Drinking helps us relax, fit in, or manage difficult emotions. So, when we cut back, it can feel as though we’re missing something or facing new pressures.
This is where therapy can really help.
Combined with medication, online counseling or group support offers powerful tools to address underlying triggers, discover new coping strategies, and create lasting change.
See if treatment is right for you.

I love Anonymous Health and Shannon helped me so much!
Amazing experience! Wonderful therapist who really helped me deal with my issues and make meaningful changes in my life.
I love Anonymous Health! It's different from regular therapy because the app provided has ways to stay connected in between sessions. It has a mood tracker and helps you stay on top of your habits! This provider is harm reduction based, so you don't have to worry about them telling you what to do or shaming you. The best part is, it's covered by insurance!
People in my life were concerned that it was done over the phone. Having had issues with social anxiety and anxiety in medical settings over the phone was exactly what I needed and was more personable than in person experiences I have had in the past. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I knew I needed more than just a place that made me feel like I was in jail and just told me to say sober. They actually get to the root of the reasons why I drank. I was listened to with out judgment. And can honestly say the CBT works and find myself using it when talking to friends about their own struggles in life. I wish I knew of this place sooner!
I liked the atmosphere, the helpful feel of my team I work with. I feel the most comfortable with my present team that I hadn't felt with previous therapist.
Wonderful with building rapport. He’s very knowledgeable and he uses very inclusive language, I love that.
I’m speaking of my counselor Ryan Ellsworth. He has been a Godsend for me. Not only helping me with alcohol dependence, but navigating some very tough challenges in my life. He’s very smart, compassionate, and always knows what to say. He’s an experienced counselor and it shows. For the company, I’m less enthusiastic, but they have treated me fairly.
I love how actively available the counselors are. If I check in on the app and say I haven't had the best day, Kevin is usually texting me to ask how I'm doing within 5 minutes. The treatment plan has been great and everything is so individualized. I feel like anonymous health is a breakthrough in treatment options, especially for Alaska
Kevin Understands where I'm coming from and is very educated on proactive skills for overcoming addictions. The medication management needs work, left me 4days without my antidepressants and I almost lost my job not to mention the horrible withdrawals.
