Geoff Nudd

Geoff Nudd has seen patients and families struggling with addictions and witnessing the roadblocks to effective treatment for many years. His compassion for patients inspired his quest to create a company dedicated to helping them get coordinated, evidence-based care, landing him at Anonymous Health.

It was this same passion that led Geoff to previously founding the company ClearCare, which grew to become the system of record for the personal care industry. At the time the company was acquired by WellSky in 2019, ClearCare was serving over 4,000 agencies–including eight of the 10 largest enterprises–and employing over 750,000 caregivers. At ClearCare and WellSky, Geoff nurtured a national provider network across the home and community-based continuum.

Still driven by the desire to provide patients with the best possible care and a powerful support network, Geoff pioneered the world’s first electronic medical record as a “Connected Network”, which created partnerships with payers and health system partners such as Optum, UnitedHealth, Humana, Amedisys, UnityPoint and more. The Connected Network realized the power of a ubiquitous technology infrastructure across fragmented healthcare industries to improve costs and patient outcomes through unparalleled transparency and coordination.

Geoff received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Northwestern University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management. In addition to being an alumnus of Merrill Lynch and Andersen Consulting, Geoff has over 20 years of experience in software development.
