Dave Cristman

Dave has seen friends and communities struggling with addiction and became acutely aware of the challenging care landscape affecting people with addiction issues. He knew there had to be a better way to deliver effective, accessible care to those in need, while making it engaging to help them stick with the difficult path to recovery. This insight and drive led him to the founding of Anonymous Health.

But Dave’s interest in elevating healthcare began years before Anonymous Health. Dave was the COO and CFO of ClearCare, during which he worked with fellow Anonymous Health founder Geoff Nudd. ClearCare made a profound impact on caregivers across the nation, with Dave helping the company grow exponentially and become the leading software platform for the home care industry. At its peak, ClearCare supported over 500,000 seniors who relied on home-based care. ClearCare was eventually acquired by WellSky, leading Dave to take on the role of Senior Vice President of Strategy. He helped lead the expansion of WellSky’s offerings to connect payers, health systems, and post-acute, home and community-based providers to deliver integrated and coordinated models of care.

Prior to his time at ClearCare and WellSky, Dave led strategic programs at Vantiv (now known as FIS), one of the nation’s largest electronic payments processors. During his tenure, Dave helped Vantiv grow their sales, deliver new products, enter new market segments and evolve their technology platform, enabling the company to double in size and successfully initiate their IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. He also has a background in management consulting, private equity and investment banking. Dave earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from Duke University.
