Responsibilities
Therapists / Counselors are a central part of the coordinated care teams at Anonymous Health in delivering coordinated, “whole person” care. You’ll work with care managers, nurse practitioners, group therapists, and others to deliver individualized care plans. You will utilize the industry’s best technology infrastructure and supportive teams to help you deliver care for your clients while minimizing paperwork and administrative overhead. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
You won’t be expected to handle every component of care for your clients on your own. Along with having the opportunity to be a part of an industry changing organization, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with medical providers to offer wraparound services for all people we help. The team works together in service to our clients -- delivering a holistic clinical model based on the belief that counseling, medication and consistent support are the foundation for achieving sustained recovery. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a schedule and caseload that includes intakes, individual sessions, and group therapy.
- Collaborate with other team members as it relates to the clinical service model.
- Document clients’ progress, using outcome measures, clinical decision making, remote monitoring data, and client feedback.
- Proactively engage in community relations activities as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
- An active behavioral health licensure in the state of California including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, CADC I, CADC II, or CADC III with ability and willingness to obtain licensure in other states.
- Minimum two years of experience completing client intakes, and leading individual and group therapy in an SUD setting.
- Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
